Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your FirstBookit account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the FirstBookit website and the FirstBookit mobile app (Android & iOS), for players, turf owners, and event organizers. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.
1. Delete From Within the App
The fastest way — your account is removed immediately:
- Open the FirstBookit app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted right away.
2. Delete Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@firstbookit.in from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request comes from your registered email and delete your account within 7 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize your personal identifiers:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your profile photo
- Your saved preferences and sign-in credentials
Your account can no longer be signed into, and your personal profile is no longer recoverable.
4. What Is Retained, and Why
Booking and payment records tied to completed transactions are retained — in anonymized form, no longer linked to your identity — for as long as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. This is a legal accounting requirement and applies even after your account is deleted. Payment credentials (card/UPI) are never stored by FirstBookit; they are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay.
